Ew! That looks alien!

Yep! Find the weird in the mundane, and you're halfway there, I say.

I enjoyed your story, btw. Nice sweet ending. Don't ask me what I thought of the rest of the mag. -- I have to get through "The Sunne in Splendour" first...

I'm glad you feel that way. Not quite Brazil, but still limited and self-contained.

"Sunne" Sounds like an interesting book. By coincidence, I pulled the old Blackadders out of the video library last week; the first series, where Richard is blackballed by Edward.

Ah, the olde Blackadders. The first series is the most inconsistent, but has some great moments...

Sunne is also very good so far, although it's not getting enough of my attention, unfortunately.

I'm wondering how they deal with the disappearance of the wee tots.

Wow, beautiful! So glad your camera is working again. I've missed seeing your pictures.

Thanks! I hope it keeps working. Still not flashing... I think. Might be that I miswired the flash-sync control when I was re-assembling it.

BTW, I see your cucumber sandwich and raise it a spice: Beef Kuftas on a bed of vinegar-and-pepper marinated slices of cucumber and a dallop of tzadziki on a multigrain tortilla. Yum!

That is a lovely photo. I'm so glad to see the return of your pictures on your blog!

Yep. Pictures are better than gabby mouth, eh?
