Soup of the Day 20101202

Been too busy to relate the soup of the day soup: Chicken bouillon and egg noodle, which it was yesterday, altho yesterday had an egg and sesame oil. I gave up on the blandy blandy halfway through today and tossed in some kimchi. No regrets.

But I've started breaking into the stored ones. Two days ago, I opened up asparagus mushroom, which is onion, flour, butter, chicken stock, mushrooms, asparagus, salt, and tarragon. You add milk, but because it was canned, I didn't add milk until after opening the can and heating it. This prevents the dreaded runny-cottage-cheese-once-was-cream-soup problem.
